Many years ago, I found support from a truly caring counsellor, and it changed my life. That experience showed me how powerful therapy can be in helping us understand ourselves.
Now, I’m passionate about working with others because I know it’s possible to find your own inner voice and feel true peace.
I use a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) approach to help you change unhelpful thoughts and behaviours.
